Matte body. Shiny letters. Ten colors.

Each dreidel is a soft, flat color all over — except the four Hebrew letters, which are finished in a glossy version of that same shade. That is what silk means here: a satin shine, like ribbon. The letters are not printed on top or stuck on; they are part of the surface, and they catch the light as you turn the dreidel while the body stays quiet.

From across the room you see a clean block of color. Up close, the Nun, Gimel, Hey and Shin come forward in the light.

Two ways to buy

A dreidel set out each night as the candles go up gives the youngest person at the table something to do with their hands and something to count — a small ritual for the kids who cannot hold a match yet.

Size and feel

  • 2.5" tall sitting (6 cm) · 2.6" wide · 3.5" deep
  • Legs that bend at every joint and hold whatever pose you put them in — arrives ready to play with, nothing to glue or clip together
  • Made from a sturdy, plant-based plastic. The color runs all the way through, so there is no paint to chip and no sticker to peel
  • A decorative figure: it sits, dangles and poses. It does not spin.

Good to know

  • Not suitable for children under 3 — small moving parts.
  • Keep it out of hot cars and away from heat above 140°F / 60°C.
  • Long spells in direct sun will soften the shine on the letters over time.
  • Dust with a dry, soft cloth. No polish, no water.
  • Each one is made individually, so small differences in finish are normal — and part of the character.
