• Small: 14.5 cm / 5.7 in. Teens and smaller adult faces
• Medium: 16 cm / 6.3 in. Most adults (the adult in our photos wears Medium)
• Large: 17 cm / 6.7 in. Wider faces

Not sure? Measure straight across your face from temple to temple and pick the size with about 1 cm of room to spare.
